Obsessive symptom spotting

3dpo today and don't know if the symptoms are in my head or really there, uggghhh its going to be a long 11 days 😁😁😁

I'm trying to ignore the symptoms but failing, woke up at 6am feeling really nauseous 😞 but again it could all be in my mind lol

I think I obsessively symptom spot as well.
Also, somehow my TWW turns into much longer.
Because I just don't know what to expect yet.
My cycles have been 21 days since off BCP.
This is my first longer cycle, and it kind of sucks.

I was due a period the 18th, but all I had was spotting for 3-ish days.
The day after the spotting stopped I had a brief cramp on my left side.
I've taken 3 cheapies and gotten all negative.

Now I'm trying to decide if I should disregard this cycle.
Just pay attention to the next? So I should get a period on the 8th-15th.
Depends what my body decides to do I guess.

Symptoms I've "noticed" : cramping on both sides (very light), bit of nausea, tender breasts, and had one bout of mood swings (in relation to not getting to buy gelato, and then getting sad at the idea of eating some of the Halloween candy we're going to hand out instead - then laughing because I realized how silly that sounded). I also have a bit of a fullness feeling in my pelvic area when I'm sitting down on the couch.

Still though, must not be pregnant. Must be in my head or such.
Because I keep getting negatives.
Don't really know what else to think.
I'm retesting on the 1st and the 9th if AF hasn't arrived.
