Hi ladies im 4+6 im currently oon antibiotics for a UTi and then i got a call yesterday saying my urine sample is positive for Group b strep too. Iv never had group b strep found in my urine before, only on swabs and never in pregnancy, only after a pregnancy loss at 22weeks it was detected. Now im terrified as iv read its bad to have it in your urine and it can cause serious complications to placenta tissue, the baby and misscarriages, should i be worried? Or is it rare for it to cause problems? Has any one else had it in thier urine too?
