I posted about having a stupid sinus cold and that I was doing my best to not give it to Mia, but I guess it didn't work and I am blaming myself.

She woke up with sniffles this morning. She is not coughing and she does not have fever. I hope it goes away.

What do I do if she has sniffles? I mean a grown person could blow their nose, but she can't do anything.

:cry::cry:

awww dont blame yourself , they are prone to catching anything as there immune system is so poor. Im not to sure if there is anything you can do , as she is to young to take anything or have any of those things that smell around the room to help her breath.. :hugs: for Mia, im sure someone will have a proper answer for you :)

Happens hun - LOs won't grow stronger if they don't have the odd sniffle to be use to :hugs: x

Thanks welshcakes!

I think I was just being a paranoid mommy because her breathing is 100% fine and it might have been milk up in her airways. *sigh*

Thank you!

Actually if you have any breastmilk left, you CAN put a drop or two in her nose and it might clear up her sniffles. Same goes for when baby has a bit of an eye issue, BM in the corners of the eyes is a great topical ointment.

Saline drops work good too. ;)

And for those that are going WHAT!!?!?!??!?
