oh no, leaky boobs already!!

hi all,
oh my god woke up this mornign to a lovely great big wet patch on my nightie!! absolutley horrified that my boobs should be leaking already- im only 21 weeks!! is this gonna be a regular occurance now, i bloody hope not, i been paranoid all day and spent half of it having a quick feel to make sure iv not leaked again! has anyone else had this happen and is it normal to leak at 21 weeks? the weird thing is i was having a dream about breast feeding a baby!!! ahhhhhh x

ahh scary i have had white bits in my nipples which i think is dried milk no wet patches yet xx

yes yes its gonna be regular. prob not so much through the day but i would say you are going wake up some morning's with a wet patch. its purley because when your in bed a sleep and laid on one side the heat on that boob stimulates it to release the colostrum. i no its not nice i get it my self. but its usually only on a morning and late at night. so it shouldnt be too embarrassing

I didn't know you get leaky boobs during pregnancy, just thought it was during breast feeding. Do you use the breast pads so you don't leak through anything (during the day and at night?). I am just cuirous in case it happens to me some time soon. I work with mostly men so it would be really embarassing if that happened to me.

to be honest i rarely use breast pads, it only usually happens at night and i cant stand to wear a bra for bed. mine have leaked once through the day when i was holding my 3 week old niece and she was crying for a feed. my boobs decided they where going to feed her, but thats natural instinct. i just put up with a bit of wet patch in the mornings and its not that bad. like i said before it will happen mostly at night because of the heat stimulatng them.

Mine started this about 2 weeks ago. I have found that if I wear a tank top that bad a little bra-band in it, I don't leak like I do when the girls are feel to bounce.

At the moment I'm getting more like powder out of one at night time and the odd drip when I wake up to go loo in the night. I hope that no patches appear soon! x

Mine started at 14 weeks... nothing to worry about... just a nuissance thats all.

I started leaking at about 19 weeks... I've found nursing pads to be helpful!

Aww my boobs have been leaking since about 17wks LOL. more so now i ahve to wear pads to bed otherwise i get up all wet and sticky (hubby not to keen). I breastfed thou so i dont mind it really xxx
