OH's & xmas shopping

Do your OH's go xmas shopping??

We have always bought for our own sides but from both of us!! I think hard about what I'm going to buy for my side of the family, make time to go shopping etc. OH and I decided to go shopping tonight, he wondered round like a boy lost saying 'it isn't as busy as I thought it would be' normally its 'Its too busy, are we finished yet'

So I got the last few bits that I needed and OH got .....ready for this ..... 1 Pack of 'top trumps' cards for his little sis. I say to him, 'what you going to get your mum' reply - 'I'll sort it' What are you going to get your dad' - reply - 'I'll get it another time' - 'Why don't you get the biccys for your Auntie while they're on offer' - reply 'I'll get them nearer the time'

Here's whats going to happen - 3 days before xmas he'll realise its "nearer the time" It will be a mad dash around the supermarket picking up rubbish for people!! He has orderd a few bits from the internet, dvd's and a couple of books but he seriously can't buy everyone a dvd!!!

I may even end up with something from the pertol station - like the advert!!

What is it with men - I don't know what I'm expecting - but one thing is for sure, it will fit through the letterbox!!

Anyone elses OH like this, drives me mad??

That would drive me batty. Stan and I actually did our Christmas shopping for each other at the same time (but we really only do one big shopping trip a month because we don't own a car)

Many men just don't have the shopping gene like women do. Gosh, if he picked up a few things at that time he wouldn't have to stress about it later. LOL
