you put in 9oz of water and then add 9oz of powder, does it fit?

i know that sounds like a rediculous question, but when you put the powder in the level must rise, i think, so am i able to make a 9oz bottle?

I dont do 9oz bottles yet, but I make up 8oz bottles for Evie and the fluid level does rise, to the 9 oz mark.
Most bottles (ones that I've had anyways) can actually hold more than 9oz of fluid, but they only mark up to 9oz, if that helps?

in the end i just made up to 8oz lol - never again am i going to run out of my cartons and have to grab what i can lol

I used to with my first babes and the bottles held it fine, I used avent then.

I made up a bottle ahead of time that I could just dispense into bottles throughout the day, so I made a 9oz one with an Avent 9oz bottle. It went mad, frothing everywhere and it made a right mess, but after the pressure had gone it was fine :)

yeah i think squeezing it in may just have worked in my tt ctn, but my nuby softouch wouldnt have held it lol

mixing formula is just not my thing :dohh:
