Ok to drop an EXTRA pump session?

I started pumping last week when my son turned two weeks to build up a freezer supply. I added two extra pumping sessions, one in the morning and one at night. Now my husband is giving the baby a bottle at night and I am pumping during that time. Do I need to pump again for the extra feeding or is it okay to drop this, and just pump when hubby feeds and only have one extra pump in the AM? Thanks!

Absolutely. As long as you are getting the extra milk you want to freeze, id say that'd be just fine.

Definitely ok to drop it. Just make sure you don't drop it too quickly if you were removing a lot of milk at that session. How much were you getting?

If you don't need the milk. If you were getting a substantial amount of milk per pump then I'd maybe halve my pumping time that session for a while first then drop it.
