Old blood

Hey,
This is my third cycle in a row where it's lasted 4 days and all 4 days is dark blood. After my I have 4 days of dark blood my period ends. Is this normal? I know it's normal to have dark blood at the beginning of your cycle but it lasts only for 4 days and all bleeding stops. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. 😐

Old blood is brown....so if you are just having dark red blood I would say that's a normal period. Sometimes I notice my AF is darker red than it was the previous cycle.

Also I think 4 days is a completely normal amount of time for AF. I spot for 3-4 days before AF (with old brown blood) and then have 3 days of a flow. Then my AF is over.
