you could just use Olivie without the accent as it probably wouldnt get used anyway and as 'ie' = 'y' sound I dont see how it could be pronounced wrong (im not good with accent sounds though)
I prefer it like that but other spellings could be:
Olivey (looks a bit nickname-y)
Olivvy
Olivee
Oliveigh
but they are more likely to be misspelled
I might do that so it's easier! But it seems like the correct spelling is with the é, so not sure?
I don't want to spell it any differently because I think it looks silly, and I don't want to change the original as it changes from a unique but proper French name to a made up name.
