#Twiggy - bypassing that stage sounds great actually! I think in hindsight I got to really focus on the pushing stage as I wasnt' half as knackered as I'd have been having to go through contractions the extra 2 cm! It was amaaaaaazing I'm overwhelmed that I pushed him out!!!!!!
