Omg!!!!!!!! I Hate Googling Things!!!!!!!!!! Never Again

I went and did some googling and OMG, the things i came apon....

Premature manopause, and Ovarian failure and OMG..... I was so upset now, as in all of those cases they can't do anything for a person.....

I need to just get these few days over and get to my gyni appointment now... I need to know what is going on with me now.....

Oh chick, google is pure evil. Please try not to worry too much.. I could type in symptoms for a common cold and google will tell me I have cancer or something else terrifying like that. I've officially banned myself from googling any health complaints I have. I'm sure it's not ever as bad as that evil google makes it out to be. x

Oh my GOD i did the same on Sunday. I had my first appointment at the fertility clinic about 2 weeks ago and then had to go for a scan last Thursday. I decided I would look some stuff up on google as I work in IT i am ALWAYS at a computer googling things. I had started to wonder about a few things the nurse had said so decided to try find out what she meant. I soooooo wish I hadn't!!! I convinced myself I have something seriously wrong with me. Felt rubbish all Sunday night until I realized that like you say you can type in sneezing and google will return you have a serious heart defect or a serious organ failure!!!!

Lesson learned, google can be very helpful when looking for xmas presents but I have learned very quickly to be careful with health matters as it only increases anxiety levels thinking you have something majorly wrong, and that will only lead to self fulfilling prophecy in that your body and mind will be that stressed that your will never be well enough to conceive a baby!!!

Lets leave google alone

Jacky, google is definately very bad. lol. I got diagnosed with a hydro and looked it up on google etc.... It basically said it was a ectopic preganancy or cancer. Definately only use the internet for chatting to you guys or buying stuff now.

I have a serious googling problem as well. I google things then convince myself...oh i have low progesterone, no i have adhesions in my uterus... Ahhh! I need someone to disable google on my computer.

Thanks girls, after crying like a baby my OH said no more google for me for a week till i see gyni next week...

It sucks as when you just do a normal search... I came across abortions thought i was going to they have some horrible things out there.... Thanks girls...

I agree with you Google is totally evil , we have been learning about the self diagnosing craze at school. Please Please see your Medical Practitioner if you have any serious concerns.

I'm just glad I want to be a surgeon and not a GP!!!!!
