as the girls have said, take one day at a time, pamper yourself, distract and keep yourself occupied.

I had a missed mc in April, at 10 weeks and will be a complete MESS when i finally have BFP again (also had chemical last month). But at least I will have another shot at it x

it will be a tough couple of weeks but hopefully you can then look forward and start to enjoy nuturing your new little
