OMG I'm freaking out!

Okay so if you don't know my story.. I was diagnosed with PCOS with over 7 years of not getting pregnant. We wasn't trying the whole 7 years but we never had protection. So after I was recently diagnosed with cysts on my ovaries and PCOS I was put on progesterone pills to start a period that wouldn't come for 3 cycles... So we didn't plan our around my fertile time it just kinda happened. I began charting this cycle and we had the day before ovulation... So today is 7DPO and I just got off of work this morning (I work night shift) and decided just to POAS and for my surprise there's a faint line... What do you think? Also.. This weekend is our 7th year anniversary. My husband is taking me out of town to a nice restaurant and the hotel that we stayed in on our honeymoon before hitting Tennessee... I have to come up with a plan to surprise him!!!!!!!!!!!
