Good luck with your quest for funding , hun.
I work in the medical profession and I know PCTs can be bug%ars when it comes to any funding applications. They'll have your GP jumping through hoops. Letters to here, there and everwhere....
It seems your GP tried her best in the first place, to find out how to get you NHS funding and is hopefully sorting it out for you now.

Right so update. My doctors pulled my referal out completly. were starting a fresh we have 2 apply for funding threw PCT and they want all my tests and said they pick my clinic this time to see whos best, and my dr is fully backing my application to the PCT, its more time added now but i guess ill just have to wait, the receptionist at my GP's office is a nerd tho! proper wasnt listening to me grrr
