So I contacted FOB about maintenence
he has jayden on a thursday and sunday night
but this week they asked if he cud have him tonight 2

So his mom picks jayden up smack bang in the middle of our dinner
basically invites herself into my home
and is like ''Jayden!!! Jayden!! Nannys got you a present''
So im civil and im just saying to jayden come on then come see your nanny... lucky boy
She's like yeah ive bought him an ipad!

From a daughter whos dad tried to do the same thing, you definatly CANNOT buy affection. If she feels like wasting her money on something ridiculous for a 1 and a half year old let her .. Noone can compete with you, your his mum!

She really bought it for you lol! end of the day I used to get this from my daughters side of the family was like a competition that i couldnt compete in so in end I gave up after realizing that she dont remember who got what but does remember who spent time with her. She also remembers the little things. So now its ok let her dad buy her this and that i save money for other things thats also the relationship they have... materalistic. They used to get her all this girly stuff also make-up, sowing kits etc etc but who the frig had to sit down and show her how to do it... moi!

Say to the ex MIL that LO needs a mobile now to go with his Ipad ur save yourself loads on gadgets for yourself lol

I would probably shove it on Ebay and buy your LO loads of outdoor stuff for the summer months and then tell her you replaced it with more age appropriate toys that he is seriously loving

He didnt come home with the ipad so looks like they are buying it for him to use two days a week!! lol oh god and dean has an appointment with a solicitor today although im not sure what for.. its worrying me x

IMO just sounds like they trying to get your nut, cos why walk into urs with a IPAD saying it for LO why not wait until LO was at theres then give him present if it staying at theres anyway. send jayden with nice toys to keep at nannies like playdoo and messy paints lol
