On clomid 9 DPO anyone have pregnancy symptoms by now??

Hello,

My first cycle on clomid 50mg. 6dpo I felt this pinching feeling in my left lower abdomen and now a little crampy (like period cramps) on and off. Obvious enough that I stop and noticed. Breasts are not terribly sore. Im a wine drinker, one glass a night and now i cant even take 2 sips, nd a little more CM than normal. Anyone else kindly share some symptoms and success stories? I'm stress and just need to be hopeful

I tracked all my symptoms after I had ovulation confirmed at cd21 and at 9dpo was when I first suspected symptoms below:

spots (i never get them other than on af)
white/clear watery cm all day
twinges on and off through the week
hot flush pm
boobs swollen and sore nipples
strong/pounding heart beat at night

I started testing the following day as I thought I might be pregnant, finally got my bfp at 12dpo!
