On-line Christmas Deliveries

Ugh, I am so angry right now. I ordered a pendant for my mom for Xmas from collectiblestoday.com. They said Christmas guaranteed, when I checked the status of it online it said it won't ship until 1/23/09 So i called last week and the guy said it would be shipped out next week (meaning last week) and I'd have it for xmas. I still haven't rec'd it so I called back, got a different guy and said that my item was never guaranteed for Xmas delivery and will more than likely be delivered a few days AFTER Christmas!!! They wouldn't let me cancel the order and said I can just refuse it when it arrives and have my money refunded. yeah, that doesn't help me NOW!! Now what am I going to do??

Oh no!! So sorry hun!! Have you asked to speak to someone higher up about it? Management of some sort??? Do you have any proof also (from the online receipt they email you) that it was guaranteed to be delivery before Christmas??

I asked to speak to a manager twice, once I was disconnected and the second time I was left on hold for 45 minutes! And no, I don't have anything on the receipt....just that on the website it says guaranteed Xmas deliveries.

I have something else I can give my mom, it's a manicure set with lotion but that isn't the only thing I wanted her to open up on Xmas iykwim...
