One breast sore on one side?

Hello, my left breast on the one side is harder and quite painful all the time, my LO is 6 days old and my milk came in 2 days ago, breastfeeding him has got a lot easier the past few days but now this pain!!! Doesn't hurt there to feed him...?

Sounds like it might be a blocked duct? Have ant got any experience but here is a bump to see if anyone else has x
