Hello! I've had 3 IVF's and have one 2 year old from the 2nd round. My last IVF ended in miscarriage a few weeks ago. Insurance in my state doesn't cover IVF so we are tapped out. I do have one fully functioning fallopian tube and one that my fertility specialist closed off (damaged from a ruptured appendix at 16).

We're going to try Clomid for a while and see what happens. Has anyone had conceived with one tube on Clomid? I realize my age is counting against me, however my fertility specialist said that my eggs were good...for my age...not quite sure how to take that!

Thanks. I need hope!

I have one tube and one ovary. I conceived my dd when I was 31, it only took 7 months.
I've now been ttc for 17 cycles, but my 1 tube isn't really a factor as to why I'm not conceiving (well, I don't think it is. I'm unexplained).

My friend has 1 tube and 2 ovaries. It only took her 4 months to conceive. She was 31 at the time as well.

Good luck.
