One sided bump?

Hi I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and this morning I have a firm bump/lump on the left side of my tummy just under my belly button, the other side is soft... It seems far too high for a baby lump so what could it be??? :-/

I had this about 2 weeks ago; I had a grapefruit size lump on my left hand side a little bit lower then my belly button, and at first I was unsure what it was. But, around 12/13 weeks it just decided to shift itself and now moves around from the middle to the left

I had my 12 week scan and everything was fine, so I think it's just where the baby has decided to lay. The sonographer did say I had a wriggly baby so maybe this contributed to it.
