Tombola and The Sun Bingo are the ones I have won the most on. I originally won loads on lots of sites taking advantage of the sign-up bonuses. Just read the small print carefully as some of them have playthrough requirements up to x10 your initial deposit, before you can withdraw.
Tombola and the Sun, and quite a few others you only have to play through once, so effectively if you win, you can withdraw your winnings (at least that used to be the case so read the Ts & Cs before you play!).
