Hi, you must test the same times every day. I did 10 am and 4pm when I did mine and after a month I got used t the patterns. I would have a negative at 10am and the positive at 4pm it can be as quick as a few hours. It may take a few cycles but it sounds like you both ovulated this month already so it's the tww for you both. Good luck. xxx
