Opk question

So I took an opk on Feb 23 it was positive and then again on the 24th and it was negative, I am assuming I would have had my first opk on the 22 the last time we BD was the was the 20th like early early morning Of that day... my questions is that too early to BD as I got my first opk again assuming on the 22? And another question once ur opk turns neg does that mean u ovulated already.
