I'm going to use my first OPK this cycle. I am on cycle day 6 today and still light flow/spotting. What cycle day is the best day to start? Is there a certain time in the day that is best to test? I know you should do it around the same time each day but is there a better time of the day? And should I test just once a day or would 2x a day be better? Thanks for any input!!!!
