I have pcos and am on 2000mg a day of metformin...my levels are great ( The lowest they have been in years...insulin was 11.7 back in 9/2013)
my cycles range from 17 - 60 days) and I took prometrium for af end of decemeber to mid January)
I have been opk testing since cd 10 ( 2/19/14) and received a very dark positive on cd 24 ( 3/3/14) all through out I have gotten negatives ( barely there lines) then almost positives and very dark positives ( I started seeing dark almost positive tests on cd 13 (2/22/14) then same on cd 14 and 15...cd 16,17 and 18 were- opk's..
I tested again with an opk just for the heck of it on cd 22 (3/3/14) and got an almost positive opk...same result on cd 23...cd 24 was blazing positive...then lighter negatives after that...until cd 28...opk's are almost positive again..as was yesterday cd29...my obgyn always told me to use opk's and temp to see if I ovulate...and that's what I have been doing all this cycle.... ....I am supposedly 8dpo right now...I had fertile symptoms last week so we bd'd three times around my fertile window...and now, I am still getting very dark ( not quite positive ) opk's....my temp has been in the high 97 - mid 98 range ( which for me happens, on occasion, but its rare) usually I run low to mid 96 or low to mid 97....
I have had pms symptoms sore boobs/nipples and some cramping for the past five days now...fertility friend says af should arrive 3/16ish...I am on cd 30 today and af came on cd 31 last month...I will include photos of my opk's if I can..along with a few different ccharts from temping
I would appreciate any help you ladies can give me (first pic is opk from cd 29 7dpo 3/10/14 ) second pic are opk's from cd 22-23 and 24, third pic is from cd 13 and 14 opks and last pic is my temping chart from fertility friend...any tips would be appreciated
