I'm in two minds whether to use opk's. I read that you shouldn't use them if you have recently been pregnant. Has anyone used them after your miscarriage, and did they work? I don't want to waste my money if they don't work.

Hiya. They should be ok as long as the hcg is out of your system from your previous pregnancy. Have you been taking any tests to check? I didn't use them the first month, but I wasn't trying. They were fine for the second 😊

My miscarriage was 10th June. So waiting for period. I will start using them on my next cycle. Don't know if I have ovulated yet though. I hate not knowing when the witch will arrive. Bah I hate waiting. Thanks for replying hun xx

Sounds like a plan 😊 the first cycle after a MC can be a bit wacky. Also I found it helpful to have a month off and just to spend the time gathering my own thoughts and taking time for myself. The waiting game is annoying I must admit, hopefully yours should very arrive soon! Mine arrives 4 weeks and one day after, so only a day later than normal.
Your welcome. Hope this was of some help xx
