OPKs getting darker, HPTs are negative

I'm a little crazy, and can't stop peeing on sticks. My OPKs have been getting darker. Today's OPK was almost positive. But all te HPTs are negative. And I've taken like 20 in the past 2 weeks.
Why would the OPKs be getting darker, if AF should be here any day now? Is that a sure sign of pregnancy??? Or is it just nothing?

How many DPO are you? Is it possible that the HPT's are just not picking up teh pregnancy (if there is one) if it's still early?

I've heard several people say that OPK's can be pretty hit or miss. I hope it works out for you soon so you know what's going on and that it's a BFP for you

I think I am 13DPO today. Yesterday was when I took the OPK

I hope the HPT are just not sensitive enough. But the same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago. I was definitely past ovulation and had 3 +OPK, 2 at the beginning of the week and 1 at the end, one darker than the previous. I had 2 BFN. And today I got AF.

Hopefully that's not the case for you.
