I know this is probably a grey area question, but here it goes. I have a short luteal phase but am ovulating regularly. My GP says it's a luteal defect and will be referring me to expensive fertility specialists here in New Zealand. Clomid is apparently very pricey here and not readily available (must go to an FS and wait to get in, etc.). I wonder if it is possible to buy it online and take the exact same dosage and directions as women on here do? Has anyone heard of people doing this and if so, what is a way to find a reputable supplier? I see a lot of it offered online by good looking companies, but want to be cautious.
I know, I know this sounds crazy and should be under a doctor's supervision. but when my clock is ticking loudly (I'm in my early 30's and have been TTC for a year), I will do anything to up my chances at this point. We want a family so badly.
