OUCH OUCH OUCH-- whats good and bad for sinus pain please!!

Hiya ladies, so the one sinus on my left side behind the eye is in agony, it feels sooooo good when I blow it, but I heard it's bad to blow your nose when you have a bad sinus, so pleasssseee I am in agony, what can I do

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, I can't take it no more I feel like crying, just a constant ache behind my eye, the pain only goes for a few seconds after I blow nose now

You should see your doctor and they should definitely be able to help. There should be some OTC things you can take as well.

You can take the original sudofed when you're pregnant, make sure you get the right one though.

Please go and see your Dr though, I ended up in hospital with my sinus' when I was pregnant as my MW kept dismissing me, if I'd only seen the Dr I'd have got some anti-biotics earlier!
