Our house is going on the market today :)

We have the estate agent coming round today to value the house ....... I'm so excited to finally be heading towards putting it on the market!!

Does anyone know what they do when they come to value? Do they take pics n stuff?

When we sold our we had a few come around, give us a value and their prices and details, like some we members of different things, i cant explain, but like right move for example, they have to pay membership to put their houses on there and some do and some use others. We knew we wanted our on sale in two countys because we sat on the bounders on both.

Then we decided on one and he then came and took photos.

They take a % of the sale price, and they vary loads, and some charge extra advertising costs etc. but if your definatley using that company they may take pictures then, we had values of £40,000 different between agents, we went for a higher one as we knew what a few people had just (that week) sold for, and we knew ours was "better" so we could get that.

Thank you for the info .......... She came round, took photos, all has been signed and it's on the market! Easy Peasy!!...... We have agreed for it to go on to Rightmove too

Now we just gotta sell it!
