"outer" foreplay 3 weeks PP???

I know the general rule is no sex until 6 weeks PP, but me and OH are struggling so tonight he gave me a "helping hand" if you know what I mean. It was only clitoral stimulation, and it felt fine until right after I orgasmed and it hurt a little. I had a 2nd degree tear and am still bleeding a little (a pantyliner or small pad is sufficient)

Before we did this I looked up everything I could about sexual activity before 6 weeks and found nothing about orgasms or foreplay before the 6 week mark. Has anyone else fooled around before 6 weeks?

We haven't done anything yet, i had a 2nd degree tear too but I'm still a little tender so it wouldn't be much fun but I think as long as you feel ok and you have no pain there is no harm in doing it especially when you're just doing foreplay. I've noticed lots of women on here have dtd before 6 weeks. Just go by how you feel x

I think it's just because you aren't supposed to insert anything up there, but I thought orgasms were okay??? I'm definitely not an expert though!!!
