Ovary pain after ovulation?

Hello! I'm new to this board!

Currently on my 2nd medicated cycle. Took 7.5mg of letrozole on CD (cycle day) 3-7. Had 3 follicles on my right side 18.8mm, 18.6 mm and 12.1 mm. Triggered using ovidrel on July 30. Felt strong O (ovulation) pains on Thursday, Aug 1, which I'm assuming meant I ovulated because it was about 36 hours after trigger. Well now I still have a light pain on my right ovary. Currently 5 days past trigger, and 3 dpo. Could I not have ovulated yet? It was really strong on Thursday. But I don't ever remember it dragging out this long and still being a little painful. Thoughts?? Thank you!

Hey I’ve never taken any fertility medication so I’m not sure how helpful this will be, but I have ovary pain during ovulation ever cycle for 1-3 days. A lot of cycles it comes back less intensely mid way through my luteal phase, which I have always assumed is just the corpus luteum doing its job. Hope this helps!
