Have been TTC for almost 3 years. Discovered I have a Bicornuate uterus (heart shaped) but this is not connected with fertility - but does affect my ability to carry (making me high risk when?? I do fall pregnant).

Docs have investigated pretty much everything and diagnosis is.....unexplained infertility (hurumph!) so they have started me on clomid and duphaston (as my progesterone is also low) with a view to doing IUI next month if the drugs alone don't work. Usual side effects with the drugs but am riding the wave and doing my best to stay up beat.

Concerns are that if I fall pregnant with twins (high poss side effect of Clomid) -i'll be able to carry them.

Oh what to do. Don't feel I can just leave it to chance anymore as time is ticking on so am taking the drugs but am stressing out about the what ifs a bit - anyone got any advice other than deep breathing!!

I think your chances for twins are 5-12%....I wouldn't worry about it....

I've typed and deleted about 5 responses. Some were reassuring and others were eye-opening but realistic.

I'm going to stick with this ....... :hugs:
