Hi
Have any of you noticed reduced movements after over exerting yourself?
I went to the beach with friends yesterday and had to trek uphill with my bags a bit. I was out the entire day and was exhausted when I got home. I also had 2 cups of coffee (I usually have 1 a day) and a bit of a temper tantrum at night with my husband. Since I got back yesterday I have barely felt the baby move. Maybe two kicks since yesterday evening. Should I worry? Im 22w today

I don't really think you have any reason to worry. I am working full time until delivery and have had days like this. I too have notice decreased movement afterward and it is usually due to lo being exhausted/tired too. Also, no doc will worry about decreased movement until after about 28 weeks due to the fact that baby is still rather small and has plenty of room to move. I'm sure all is well. If you are worried always feel free to call your doc/midwife and ask, that is what they are there for! Best of luck

I am working full time also and I barely feel movement at work. Maybe a low kick here & there. I feel a lot of movement when I am home.
