Overthinking OV kits!

Im Cd6 and on my second cycle OV predictor kit. The last couple days ive had a really dim second line. Does that mean anything? im just curious if since there had only been one and now theres two if that means anything!

On most of the tests, the second line has to be as dark as or darker than the control line. Though if you didn't have a line and you do now, it looks like your O might be coming up soon? Maybe you just O early! Might be a good time to start testing twice a day so you don't miss your positive...?

My cycles have been so messed up that every month I feel like im just looking for things. I dont want to keep giving myself false hope!! I was thinking about BBT charting online as well as on paper as to get better advice but i dont know where to go for that!!

Why don't you try fertilityfriend.com? I haven't tried it yet because the charting seems like a lot of work, but the other girls on here seem to love it. You enter in all your data and it charts and predicts O day for you.

Charting isnt that much work after you get used to it! You should at least read the book "taking charge of your fertility" by Toni Weschler and see if you would consider it!

Update: Everyday the second line has been getting darker and darker and today the line was pretty close to the control line but not as thick. I dont know what to think! Does it have to be just as thick?? Im so excited but dont want to give myself false hope. Plus i have a progesterone deficiency so if i did O i would need to call my doctor to get progesterone, but i dont want to jump the gun.

I use mymonthlycycles.com. I tried fertilityfriend.com but its almost the same thing to mymonthycycles.com so I stuck with that one. I just started using opk's too. I only just started yesterday. I'm worried about when a line does show up in the test section if its faint, dark enough, not dark enough?! I'm trying not to think about it till it shows! Ha. A few people on here gave me some advice and said that once you start seeing a faint line on the test side, start using 2 test a day. Make sure they are the same time everyday and decrease your intake of fluids 2 hours before testing. This way it wont dilute your urine and give you negative results. I would say that your closest test (even if it's not the exact same as control) is probably you're best OV test. I never get two really dark lines but it's close. But I have to test twice a day because it's hard to tell with those sticks. If you keep taking the tests and notice the line getting faint again, you'll know you O'd on that darkest day.

Im now on day 14 and the lines seem to be darker on some days and lighter on others! A couple days the test line was just as thick as the control but not as dark and other days the test line was really thin and almost as dark! I havent had a temp spike on my charts and its all driving me crazy!! I keep seeing people talk about this pill called fertibella too and now im considering talking to my doctor about it! Today is one of those days where i feel like im just fooling myself and thinkin about just giving up

So now I'm confused.... I had a faint but noticeable line 2 days in a row on CD19 and CD20. I tested twice a day and the on CD20 the line got a little bit darker but not darker then the test line..then CD21 and today..nothing!
