Ovualtion bleed

Hi ladies new to this forum was looking for some advice me and oh dtd a week ago we used protection and when finished notice the condom was off i went to the toilet and i was bleeding quite a bit i have a period app on my phone and it said i was on the highest day of ovualtion has this happend to anyone? i had baby number 3 last year We are planning another so planning to try over the summer. Any advice thanks
