Ok advice needed all you wise women...
Background: I used to have a 21 day cycle and was regular as clockwork from day 1.
I met my husband and went on the pill for 4 years making my cycle 28 days long (wonderful stuff
).
I then came off the pill 5 months ago. The first 3 months I had 26 day cycles (fine, fair enough, I had such short ones to begin with, I expected it to go back to 21), all regular then last month it was 29 days (I think this was due to stress) and we'd been
during my 6 days or so that I was meant to be ovulating each month.
I started using ovulation sticks 2 months ago and never really got a strong 'positive' when I was ovulating but something was showing and so we got on with it.
Then today I took my first POAS for this month's cycle and it was positive!! SO here I am, CD10 and with a positive ovulation stick...is this normal? I was expecting to ovulate around day 13/14..
Maybe all along I've been ovulating at around CD10 without knowing, hence the not so positive results in the previous months.
What do you all think?? Apologies for rambling, I'm just so confused.
If I am ovulating so early, is this a sign that the egg won't be 'good' as it's too early??
