Ovulating on own with PCOS after MC

As the title says, have any of you ladies with PCOS ovulated on your own after MC? I am day 6 of bleeding. Confirmed mc on Thursday last week. Do I have any hope of ovulating on my own post mc?

I would love to know this too. I normally need letrozole to ovulate. FF gave me dotted cross hairs but I'm not sure if it means anything. I guess we shall see.

I have PCOS and my pregnancy ended almost 8 weeks ago and still no cycle. I have not been using OPK's, temping or checking CM at all either. MY RE did bloodwork almost 2 weeks and did an ultrasound and there were no follicles. I start the femara next week so I am just waiting for that and the monitoring by my RE.
