Hey, we're trying to conceive currently and after two m/c and one ectopic which also claimed my right tube may i just point out all three pregnancies were within ten months so no concerns over fertility until now, but i have now been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries and scan shows lots of tiny cysts all over so it's been making me a little crazy!
am i ovulating at the moment? i'm not sure, it's never worried me before, so my question is i've been charting (first time) and i have a temp rise, to 36.83 C which is high right? well my chart shows a sharp leap since yesterday.. and i also had a positive opk, but i read somewhere with pcos not to use opks as can still release LH but not actually ovulate?
does this temperature rise and opk mean i HAVE deffo ovulated or can it be playing tricks because of my pcos? would my temp still rise if i never did ovulate?
