Ovulation 8 days after MC?

Is that even possible!?

I MC last Wednesday after light bleeding Tuesday! My symptoms of ovulation are always sore gums and backache. Last night my gums started to hurt when brushing and I have had back on and off today!

I had my hcg tested y'day and it was back to zero already!
