Ovulation bleeding?

Is this a thing? Yesterday afternoon I had what I think was an almost positive opk, then by late nighttime it was clearly negative. But after the negative test I thought I'd have a little feel around and it was stretchy cm but red? I did dtd the day before but that was well over 24 hours prior, but this blood never reaches toilet issue either?
I'm so confused.
ETA - I've added the picture but this was after 3 mins, by 8 mins it was just as dark as the control (these are Poundland opks and recommend no longer than 10 mins to look) The top photo was the test from the same morning

Yes ovulation spotting can happen hon.

Thank you girls! It only lasted from Weds-Thurs night and only when I wiped, which coincidentally Weds was the day of ov. 've never officially been in a TWW so this will be strange!
