What is more reliable when watching for ovulation?
Charting, mittelschmerz, Cervical Mucus, OPK, or other?
I always get Mittelschmerz pain around the time of ovulation and normally get the egg white cervical mucus. But sometimes (like this month) I got the mittelschmerz pain and then like 4 days later the egg white CM. Don't really know when I ovulated. I am on day 30 of a cycle that varies from 28-33 days. I have been getting 28 days though for the last couple of months so I don't know if I am late yet or having a longer cycle.
I have been ttcing so long term I gave up on testing with OPK every month and charting.
Anyways, what has turned out to be most accurate for you all!?
