Ovulation help

I`m trying to figure out when i ovulate this month. I use an app but it hasn`t been correct lately. I got my period today (July 4th) and i usually have a full 7 day cycle, so i should be done by the 11th. According to my app i should be most fertile from the 14th-18th and ovulate on the 19th.

Does that sound right

if you have a healthy cycle you should ovulate 14days before your next af but that could vary depending on your luteal phase
