ovulation pains for 3 days????

Hi, been having what I guess to be ovulation pains for the last 3 days. Does anyone else get this? Seems crazy to be going on for so long.

They are not super painful but like light cramps and sometimes a bit more sore than that for a few minutes at a time.

Does this mean I haven't ovulated yet if I'm still having them?

Would really appreciate some advice, starting to worry a bit that it's not normal and ovaries are having trouble or something.

You're ok I hate to confuse you but it's normal to have those pains different parts of your cycle. No worries mate

Ok, found this article which was pretty helpful and may be to others. But still not sure if my o pain is the before or after o kind. Which would be really helpful to know! Any ideas? I get the pain on both sides, which it says is before but doesn't really explain the afternoon pain clearly.

Anyone any insight? Just find it interesting.

Thanks for the reassuring words just once I googled it (I know!) There were lots of things saying o pain= cysts or endo and got worried. Obviously will keep an eye on it but only 2nd cycle and seems pretty normal occurrence for many.

It's normal. Just make sure you spend a lot of time in your bedroom
