Ovulation question please help!

hi all .. this is a bit of a newb question but ive confused myself latley so thought you loverly bunch could help answer

can you ovulate like a week later than when you are apparently suppose to?
i have a app on my phone that i log all my AF's into and it tells me average cycle length etc (similar to FF) it also tells me when im suppose to OV depending if AF arrives in that cycle.

The only thing is im 17 days late .. i dont want to test because at this point in time i don't see the point, because i know i'm not but then i think could their be a poss?

My last AF was the 31/oct until the 5/nov .. this was a long AF for me as it was 6 days instead of the normal 4 days.
Also only DTD once in Nov on the 24th according to my app i would have ov'd the 16th which of course would me i am not expecting a BFP but can you ov later?

I had one cycle that my ovulation was delayed by about a week due to stress. This can happen, or you are having a cycle without ovulation.

The only way you can tell for sure if you are ovulating or when you are ovulating is by taking your temp every morning. For me if I was to use that ovulation predictor I would never catch the egg because I ovulate later in my cycle than they suggest.

Looks like you just had an early MC, maybe your body is just getting back to normal.
