Well, we spun the ovulation roulette wheel again this month. I took a course of letrozole (Femara) for the first time on CD3 - CD7 this cycle.

Today (CD23) I had lab work done to see see if I ovulated this cycle. I don't have my hopes up. I never really had any true EWCM, although there was definitely plenty of creamy CM for a few days. My bbs have been a bit sore for the last few days and I've been a bit tired. Who knows (shrug). We BD'd every other day from CD10 until CD20.

I guess I'll find out tomorrow. I hate not knowing if we even had a shot at it this month. So very frustrating!!!

About me: 33 y/o, insulin resistance, uterine septum removed a few months ago, abdominal and pelvic adhesions treated a few months ago. TTC for several years now.

Good Luck! Sore bbs are usually a pretty good sign of O!! :D

I sure hope its a good sign. My last cycle was 53 days. I'm hoping to not repeat that again. I've been on metformin for six months now and lost 25 pounds. Surely i will freaking finally ovulate!

UPDATE: No results today.

I did, however, have some pink creamy CM this afternoon. That's a new one for me. Keep your fingers crossed that its a good sign!

The doc's office just called in with my results. I OVULATED! Had to share the good news with ladies who would understand how happy this makes me.

Yay! I have PCOS too so I understand how frustrating it is having irregular cycles and not knowing if you've ovulated. Have to say that Metformin made me as sick as a dog originally (and still quite queasy now) but it is really fab and I've been really impressed by it. Hope that it works for both of us! Also hoping that your pink CM is a good sign! X

I hope its a good sign, too! Amazingly, I'm just so happy that the letrozole worked and I actually ovulated that I think I'll be ok if its not our lucky month. Its such a positive step forward for me. Thank you, ovaries!

I got a very faint line on a FRER yesterday after work and another this morning. I'm now 99% certain it was implantation bleeding. It started out CD24 pink and brown mixed with watery CM, CD25 turned bright red with almost EWCM, then CD26 went brown and went away. Five years of trying, and for once I just knew. My first pregnancy, which ended in MC, I didn't have any implantation bleeding.

Ovulation Roulette = WIN!!!

Congrats but BFPs have their very own announcement section for a reason.
