Ovulation so close to period ending?

Hi,

It's been over 2 years since i've posted in TTC! I'm still WTT for a few weeks yet and trying to get to grips with my cycle again, but think you ladies might be able to give me some advice. I came of BC about 4 weeks ago, i've just finished my first period on 2nd and I think i'm about to ovulate already. I have a 29 day cycle usually (before I went on BC) and today have had some EWCM. TTC my first seems like so long ago and I can't remember how long i usually had between my period and ovulation... so is it unusual to ovulate/be fertile a week after my period has ended?

It could be normal for you. I think I ovulated on cycle day 11/12 and sometimes my period would be 6/7 days long, so that means I ovulated less than a week after my period ended. I think you are ok. Good luck

I *might*have ovulated on cd9.. I have pcos and my cycle varies by length.. I've been researching charts on Fertility Friend and a lot of women ovulate on cd10-12..
