Ovulation Stick's :/

Good Morning/Afternoon Ladies

i Just have a quick question really i want to start using Ovulation stick but ive been asked what Sensitivity to have & tbh i havent got a clue !
What would you surgest have you used them before and what was your sensitivity

i have a choice of :
20mIU/ml High, 30mIU/ml Normal,40mIU/ml Low
Any feedback would be appriciated

I think 20mIU/ml High are recommended for most women.

It depends on your cycle length. I would count back 16 days from the length of your shortest cycle and start testing then. So if you have a 28 day cycle start testing on day 12, if you have a 34 day cycle start testing on day day 18 etc.
