Ovulation symptoms

Hi ladies need a bit of advice

I should be due ovulation today and have had 2 + opks today and had some ewcm on Saturday and today

My cervix feels high and is at medium softness and getting open
Are these all good signs

Also has everybody tried conceiving using conceive plus fertility lubricant?

Any help will be much appreciated
