ovulation test question

so sorry to ask questions i may be trying for years but never used opk's!!

anyway how do i know when i get a + do i get 2 lines or do they have to look a certain way?
do i need to bd leading up to testing?

The test line needs to be the same darkness or darker than the control for it to be a +. Good luck xx
